Back strain can sneak up on you in a flash of excruciating pain!!! I had not had any issues for nearly a year. I figured it was due to the 30 lbs I lost in that time. I became complacent about doing stretches specifically for my low back and glutes. I was walking a mile or more per day. I had recently resumed 20 push-ups, Sit-ups, and jumping jacks each morning - even achieved a 6 day streak. That was all good for my normal routine...not for 4 hours of driving in 7 hour time frame... I’ll share more on this in the Heath and Fitness Group .
